We will gladly correct any errors we have made. Please check spellings carefully before ordering to prevent future issues.
How do I pay for my order?
If the BUY NOW option is not working, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will send an invoice with the shipping cost and you can pay by Paypal or check.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Of course! Making a package as festive as possible will be a pleasure. We will use our store wrapping paper at no charge. Requests for additional wrapping available upon request. Charges would apply.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If it is necessary to change an order, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the changes before production. Personalized items that have already been produced can not be changed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
So sorry, personalized orders can not be cancelled after they have gone into production. If you notify us immediately so we can catch them before production we will gladly cancel your order.
